Our client is a leading mid-sized banking organization operating within a number of unique niches within the Wealth and Asset Management / Advisory sector. As the bank continues to grow in the global markets it operates in, the CXO are looking to enchance the business through digital transformation and efficency gains whilst also seeing the growth curve appreciate in high margin areas.
Under the leadership of the Group COO and also the Global Process Improvement Leader, you'll be working closely with the leadership within the Technology organization to drive change as the Process Improvement lead within the Technology Infrastructure and App Development areas.
As an experienced strategic delivery project / programme manager, you'll utilise your core Lean and Process Improvement skills as well as ideally having Agile and SCRUM to drive efficiency projects covering a numebr of key end to end IT processes within the group including
- Customer facing technologies (digital channels, apps and remote sales tools)
- Incident and Service Management processes (internally driven)
- IT Helpdesk Transformation
- Future state technology application development and SMART Technologies (RPA / AI et al)
As you work with the divisional CIO's / Head of Technology, you'll be given opportunities to define the technology roadmap and also lead large teams either in IT or the broader organization.
Within the first 12 months in the role, the CIO and Global Process Improvement Leader will expect you to deliver the following results:-
"Create or improve efficient IT processes and thus free up SME IT capacity to realise value added activities to support either internal or external customer projects" as well as "working closely with the divisional CIO to lead discovery based projects into new technologies as well as support the technology roadmap in areas like Automation, Digital and Smart Technology"
