Job Description

Working directly for the Chief Strategy Officer and the Head of Change for this financial services client, Pacific has been tasked to continue to help support the build out of a global Process Improvement program which is ultimately sponsored by the Group COO.

You will join the organization's US based Shared Services Center of Excellence based in Florida which leads and drives major initiatives in areas like Finance, Legal and Treasury. Working with key stakeholders locally as well as US, European and Asia based individuals you will work on specific Process Improvement activities focused on driving productivity improvements and operational improvements on key end to end processes.

The firm has already had major successes with 'Lean thinking' and has implemented daily huddle boards and other VSM's in many of the business lines. You will continue to support these activities by coaching line management and line employees on the tools and common language.

Additionally you'll drive and execute projects under the leadership of the Head of Change PMO who also sits in Florida.

The ability to work and think about the business both locally and globally will be a key driver of your success as the business has a very flat / highly visible culture where individuals are empowered and given the opportunity to directly affect the firms path.

A strong Lean background will be ideal and also if Black Belt certified, this will be a plus.
