Process Quality Manager

Job Description

Our customer is a leading internationally manufacturer with a revenue of around 4 Billion Euro and 27.000 employees globally. As Process Quality Manager you support the introduction and further development of global Quality and Process Management standards for the business. You would be joining a team of 6 members and having global responsibility and interaction with Process Owners in the Headquarter and Line Mangers.



- support on Global Quality Management System

- continuous adaption of process governance in alignment with business needs

- prepare, organizse and manage internal and external process audits

- drive actions to achieve the external certification on global level


Experience and Qualifications: 

- Master´s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar; Phd preferred

- 3-5 years experience in Process Management and Strategy Development

- fluent in English and German

- Audit experience preferred (ISO 9000, 14000, 27000)

- flexibility to travel 10%
