Job Description

An exclusive position to Pacific's Financial Services division, we are supporting a major transformation project for a leading Financial Services firm as they look to transform their business from silo Sales functions to a broader end to end Sales and Operations environment.

They have chosen to deploy Process Transformation across the Front Office / Sales environment and are looking for an individual to work closely with the leadership team to create the 'fit for purpose' CRM processes for the business. The bank is going to upgrade it's current CRM to a new globally recognised platform.

As an experience Process Transformation (Black Belt or Master Black Belt), you'll be leading the programme to:-

"Standardise the Sales channel processes across the whole bank and create an end to end / joined up approach to client relationships within the various channels"

"Build out and redesign the sales process and align the new CRM framework with the individual business line and Sales MD/Executives"

Based out of the London offices, you'll also need to work remotely with the Sales teams across the UK and European locations. 

Experience in financial services or similar organizations that have undergone large Sales and or Marketing transformation activities. 

Black Belt or MBB certification with strong Agile and SCRUM skills a plus.
