Our client is a leading Commercial and Corporate Banking firm with major operations across the US and is also a subsidiary of a global top-10 banking giant.
With continued success and growth opportunities in a number of the core banking LOB's the bank launched an Enterprise Business Transformation program in late 2015 to support the change activities including digital transformation, process automation (RPA) and generic Operational Excellence focused on reducing the cost / expense ratios as well as bring the bank into the future and creating a better client user experience and customer centric strategy.
Working under the leadership of the EVP for the bank's operations group, you will join the Change / Business Transformation team to build, implement and drive the creation and delivery of the Program Management Office to support the some $200m of change project investment in the bank on annual basis. You will work alongside the execution program managers to set up and deploy the Enterprise Project Tracking platform as well as training and reporting through to stakeholders before establishing the governance and review processes for the group.
The Business Transformation team is a mix of ex-consulting and industry focused change/transformation leaders who are typically leading 2-3 major work streams within the bank and supporting the executive leadership team on these activities. They have a 'consultative' approach, driven by relationships and are execution and delivery driven. This will need to be the same for you as the bank runs very lean and doesn't have an ivory tower corporate culture.
The position is based in the LA market with travel to the Midwest and East Coast.
