Pacific has worked with this global banking client for the last 12 months to help build out and embed enterprise wide Operational Excellence program and strategy.
Working as the Regional Head of Operrational Excellence for the Americas, you will engage directly with key stakeholders including the COO, CIO and CFO for the firm to drive major Program and Project activities across the five divisions of the bank focusing on productivity and efficency gains as well as strategic growth activities under the offer of the Chief Strategy Officer.
As the bank's position in the US strengthens and grows, the activities will include embedding process and Lean thinking into the lines of business by deploying and rolling out 'Rapid Improvement' projects and basic 'efficiency work practices like visual management systems and daily huddles etc. Creating a Lean-office environment will create the platform for the bank to improve expense/growth ratios.
You're role as the regional lead will also allow you to connect and build 'best practice' activities with the global peer group in the Strategy and Operational Excellence group.
Regular travel to US offices locations on the West Coast and mid-west will be required.
