As an experienced Transformation and Change lead, you'll work directly on driving this traditional banking environment from it historic growth in traditional banking sectors to becoming the leading bank for technology driven, client centric solutions focused on allowing the bank to become leaner and more agile in line with the ever changing landscape of the industry.
Working closely with and on the leading technology implementations including SmartTech, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotic Automation as well as traditionally Continuous Improvement activities involving Lean and Operational Excellence.
The program is sponsored and headed up by the board executive for Customer and Client Services with a strong background in driving change both within consulting and other federated industries.
A strong execution focused approach will see you work on major change projects for the bank and engage with the leadership teams across the bank, across the world. The big picture of the program is the drive growth and client service in the high value sectors of the bank whilst looking to automate and transform the 'traditional banking channels' to become easier to serve and manage for customers.
The positions are based in the North West of the UK with travel to other EMEA sites in Ireland, Poland and Germany
Experience and Skills:-
Strong Lean Six Sigma backgroud (ideally deployed in an Innovative Technology and Operations environment)
Client / Customer Services centric experience
RPA, AI or ML experience
