Job Description

Our client is a high growth, global engineering and industrial manufacturing organization focused on engineering innovative ways to save energy and create clean energy for the betterment of our world’s climate. As a European industrial automation giant, with an equally impressive hold on the US’ industrial market, with products ranging from heating, cooling, HVAC, and power solutions.


They are implementing a new initiative around Supply Chain / Procurement Transformation and have a newly created Regional Expert to manage regional and global projects to drive change initiatives across the organization within Indirect Cost. You will be assigned to specific projects around the factories for up to 6 months at a time, to achieve strong improvements by optimizing TCO within Indirect Cost. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, experienced individual contributor, who is an expert in Lean strategies and management. Experience in the supply chain process within facilities and plants is a must.


Essential Functions:

  • Optimization of Total Cost of Ownership
  • Work in tangent with other global transformation leaders
  • Provide support and coaching across the organization, sharing best practice Lean Methodologies
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel 70% of time and work within facilities
  • Implement best practice initiatives to reduce indirect costs
  • Improve key drivers to enable stronger customer loyalty
