We are currently engaged with a high growth plastics manufacturing organization looking for a Sales and Marketing Leader to transform that segment of their business.
The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader with a player / coach mentality who can roll up their sleeves and lead by example. This sales leader will be responsible for creating and driving a strategy to take on the growth of the organization. This candidate will lead the growth and scaling of the business, diversifying the organization into new markets.
Essential Functions
- Own the profitable revenue growth for the organization
- Develop new sales processes and implement new tools to aid in the growth of the business
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the market, onboard new customers, and know how to generate repeat business
- Build a high performing and driven sales organization
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business; preferably Sales and/or Marketing
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in Sales and Marketing; five (5) or more in a leadership capacity
