Job Description

Our client, a global player in the industrial engineering world with over 4,500 employees is currently looking for a seasond Business Development Expert to join as part of the global Sales team in one of their business units focused on the Oil & Gas Industry. In this position you will be responsible for managing the sales team and sales Network for the Eastern Europe and Russian territory. Besides conducting market studies the main goal will be to identify new sales and distribution channels as well as to develop a sales concept based on the characteristics of the region.

Professional requirements and personal skills:

  • University degree in mechanical engineering (Bachelor of Science is preferred)
  • +8 years industry expertise in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • +8 years sales and management experience in eastern Europe and Russia
  • A self-starter who can build strong relationships with a results driven attitude
  • Good written and spoken Russian and English knowledge; German is a major plus
  • High customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with customer
  • A high degree of flexibility, resilience and operational readiness as well as willingness to travel
