Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to come on board to drive customer interaction through a company revamp in which the candidate will play a major role in. This person will have experience in senior management, proven delivery of large scale UX design programs and a real team player mentality.
The successful candidate will be a high-energy, confident UX Designer who has 2-3 years senior experience and will be passionate about being invested in the organisation. They must gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
