Pacific International is seeking independent consultants for an large offshore Oil & Gas organisation who operate across the US. The team have challenged the business to significantly reduce its supply chain costs by the end of 2019.
The business has been mapping the current state of their supply chain and have indicated there are key work streams with other pain points and improvements that need to be made.
To successfully achieve the required cost savings by 2019 they realise a cultural transformation will also be required in order to sustain the improvements.
You will be part of a small team of high performing consultants who will be required to diagnose their current work to identify any gaps in their plans to implement a world class Supply Chain and then Develop an improved Implementation plan.
You will have supply chain experience in primarily Oil & Gas and have conducted diagnostics/assessments across:
- Contract & Procurement
- Demand Planning & Scheduling
- Logistics & Distribution / Transportation
- Warehousing & Inventory
