Our client, the leading digital bank in Australia is currently undergoing a major company wide transformation program, looking to expand their dominance throughout Australia.
They are looking for a Transformation Consultant to come on board and drive and drive a continuous improvement culture from the bottom up and drive Operational Excellence across the business unit. This person will have proven experience in process excellence and transforming major business processes.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years in delivering end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
- Past experience in dealing with key stakeholders
- Lean/ Six Sigma experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
